Have you ever missed a message from someone (PM), or later found a whole pile of enquiries to an item you had for sale or a service you were promoting?
Facebook has 3 folders you should check regularly in your account.
- Inbox (where 99% of messages will appear, especially if the person sending it is on your friend list)
- Other (this is the folder where PM’s usually go to if the person sending it is not on your Facebook friend list and if they do not have any friends in common)
- Spam (this is where FB files any PMs that it believes are spam – they occasionally get it wrong so don’t forget to check there.)
This video goes through how to access the “other” folder on your iPhone using the Facebook Message App.
